Overview

You are using Internet Explorer 11 (IE11) and when trying to move columns on the events page of a contact, you are not able to do it.

Solution

 As a workaround, you can use this feature by accessing ResourceOne through one of the other supported browsers, listed in the ResourceOne System Requirements (Version 4.0) KB Article.
